We offer customization on the products you see in store. If you are interested in getting a custom design on a product we offer, please contact us and we can begin the design process.

In need of a project we don't currently offer? We accept complete custom builds on a case by case basis. If you have an idea for a custom project please reach out. Depending how it aligns with our current line up, and future goals for the shop, we may accept your request. Please note, if it is completely unrelated to products we currently offer, your custom request will likely be denied. Thank you for understanding.

How to Make a Custom Request:

• All initial inquiries will receive a queue number, along with an update on which number we are currently working on.

• I will collect only your contact information and a brief description of your custom request.

• When your queue number comes up, I will reach out to confirm that you’d like to proceed. If I don’t receive a response within 7 days, I will move on to the next queue number.

• To secure your place in production, a $100 non-refundable deposit will be required. From there, we will move into the design phase.

• For personalized items (such as gear with names), full payment will be required before production begins.

Because my availability varies throughout the year, this system ensures that only a small number of deposits are held at any given time. This allows for more predictable turnaround times once your order is in progress. Additionally, no one is “locked in” with a deposit and a vague turnaround.
